What PortaSplit Monitor is seeing right now
E-mail, Telegram and phone alerts — don't miss a restock
As soon as stock is detected in your area, you get an e-mail — and, if you enable them, a Telegram or phone notification — with the store name, address and a direct link to reserve.
- Alerted the moment stock returns — by e-mail, Telegram or a notification on your phone
- Subscriber-only retailers, whose availability reaches you by alert
- Store, address and reservation link in every e-mail
- One-time payment, no renewal — your address is never sold
Why is it paid?
The alert gets you what no manual search can catch back: the first minutes of stock that sells out fast. Most trackers fund themselves through affiliate commissions — impossible for in-store stock, where the purchase happens on site. That's why the alert price is what keeps ClimRadar running and independent from the retailers it monitors.

The Midea PortaSplit is a 4-in-1 reversible mobile split (cooling, heating, dehumidification, ventilation), no drilling required. Tracked in real time across 200+ stores in France — set up an alert to be notified the moment it's back in stock.

Retailers we monitor
ClimRadar continuously monitors stock at the main retailers carrying — or likely to carry — the Midea PortaSplit across four countries. Our monitoring is independent and impartial: rankings and readings depend on availability, price and distance — never on commission amounts.

Frequently asked questions
Which stores and countries are covered?
ClimRadar checks Midea PortaSplit availability live every 5 minutes in France: Leroy Merlin and Castorama store by store, plus Boulanger, Fnac, Amazon and several online retailers. You can see at a glance where the PortaSplit is available, with the address and a direct link to reserve.
How often is stock information updated?
The monitor queries each retailer at its own cadence: every 5 minutes for most major retailers, less often for a few, and up to every 15 seconds at Optimea (the official reseller) for alert detection. The time of the last sync is always shown at the top of the dashboard and on each store page.
How do e-mail alerts work and how long are they valid?
When you activate an alert (one-time secure payment via Stripe, from 7 €), you enter your postcode and preferred radius. As soon as stock is detected in that area, you receive an e-mail — and, if you enable them, a Telegram or phone notification — at the next detection cycle (every 5 minutes), with the store name, address and a direct link. The duration depends on the plan chosen — 1 week or 1 month — with no automatic renewal.
Why is the Midea PortaSplit so hard to find?
It requires no wall drilling (unlike a fixed split unit), its efficiency is significantly higher than standard monoblock units, and word of mouth is excellent. As a result, stock sells out within hours at the first sign of heat and restocks are irregular. ClimRadar exists to give you a few minutes' head start.
How do you retrieve stock data?
For each retailer, a dedicated module queries the availability sources published by the retailer itself (product page, in-store availability widget, store locator). We use no private data and respect strict rate limits. When a retailer protects its pages against scraping and no direct reading is possible, we display nothing rather than estimate — no stock is ever invented.
Why are the alerts paid?
Because it is the only model that keeps the service running. Checking availability every 5 minutes across hundreds of stores has a real cost: servers, access to retailer data, sending e-mails. Affiliation cannot fund it: the stock that matters sits in physical stores and the purchase happens on site, with no commission (the few affiliated online links are disclosed and never affect the readings). As for advertising, we refuse it: it would live off your attention, while our job is to save you time. The dashboard remains entirely free; only the automatic alert is paid — a one-time payment, no subscription.
Do the alert prices seem high to you?
Here are the numbers: running ClimRadar costs more than €600 a month. Most of it goes into accessing retailer data — checking hundreds of stores every 5 minutes relies on paid access, billed per request — the rest into servers and sending e-mails. Against that, an alert is a one-time payment of a few euros, with no subscription or renewal, refundable for 14 days from your settings page. And if you would rather watch the stock yourself, the public dashboard remains free, without limits.
What happens if no stock is detected during my alert period?
Your alert runs continuously until it expires: ClimRadar monitors your area at every cycle and notifies you as soon as stock is detected. The plan price covers this monitoring and notification service, executed throughout the subscribed period — whether a restock occurs depends on the retailers, not on ClimRadar. As the service begins immediately at your request, withdrawal within 14 days entitles you to a refund equal to the price paid minus the activation fee contracted where applicable (€2.90 incl. VAT for new subscriptions) and the started monitoring days (€0.30 incl. VAT per started day, whichever plan you chose); once the subscribed period has fully elapsed, the service is fully performed and no refund is due (see T&Cs, art. 7).
Is the Midea PortaSplit available today?
Availability changes by the hour: during heat peaks, stock detected in the morning may be gone by the afternoon. ClimRadar shows the real-time status of every monitored retailer. Check the dashboard to see whether the Midea PortaSplit is currently in stock in your region, or activate an alert to be notified as soon as a unit is detected.
Where can I buy the Midea PortaSplit in stock?
ClimRadar monitors the main retailers in France: Leroy Merlin, Castorama, Boulanger, Fnac, ManoMano, Amazon and others. Online or in-store, you can see at a glance where the Midea PortaSplit is available, with the address and a direct link to reserve.
How much does the Midea PortaSplit cost?
The Midea PortaSplit price generally ranges from 500 € to 700 € depending on the retailer, the time of year and any current promotions. Prices shown on ClimRadar are those published by each retailer at the time of the last update — comparing retailers directly in the dashboard often reveals the best available price.
Is the Midea PortaSplit in stock at Castorama?
ClimRadar continuously monitors Midea PortaSplit availability at Castorama, both online and in-store. Check the Castorama page to see the real-time status, or filter by retailer in the dashboard. During summer, Castorama stock can sell out very quickly: activate an alert to be notified as soon as a unit is available.
Is the Midea PortaSplit in stock at Boulanger?
Boulanger is one of the main French appliance retailers monitored by ClimRadar. Midea PortaSplit availability at Boulanger is updated every 5 minutes. Check the Boulanger page to see online PortaSplit availability, or activate an alert targeted to your area.
Is the Midea PortaSplit in stock at Leroy Merlin?
Leroy Merlin is one of the best-stocked distributors for portable air conditioners, and ClimRadar monitors the Midea PortaSplit there in real time. Availability varies greatly from one store to another: one Leroy Merlin may be out of stock while another 30 km away still has units. The dashboard lets you compare all outlets at a glance.
Does ClimRadar have a referral program?
Yes: share your personal link and earn 50% of the first pass of every person who subscribes through you — real money, paid out monthly via PayPal or bank transfer. Your link takes a minute to create on the referral page.
About ClimRadar
ClimRadar was born during a heatwave, on a Sunday afternoon — three hours spent browsing Boulanger, Fnac and Darty to find a Midea PortaSplit within 40 km. There was none. Or rather, there was one — but the alert arrived two hours too late.
The idea is simple: aggregate what each retailer already publishes about PortaSplit availability, and present it at the right place, at the right time — so you never spend another heatwave Sunday trawling sites one by one.
ClimRadar is an independent micro-product: neither Midea nor the monitored retailers influence the readings or their ranking. The data displayed is indicative and non-contractual — always check with the retailer before travelling. The alert price — and, where applicable, affiliate commissions on 'See product' links, at no extra cost to you — cover infrastructure costs. If you find your air conditioner through ClimRadar, tell your neighbours who are searching too. Stay cool.

“In stock” doesn’t guarantee shelf availability.
ClimRadar reports what retailers publish on their own sites — nothing is invented. An “in stock” can still be missing on the shelf: call the store to have the unit set aside before you go.
